What is the role:

Balance’s team is our most valuable asset. As the Office Manager, you will be the face of the company, internally and externally, and as such, you’ll be an ambassador for our culture and mission. You’ll be responsible for all infrastructure that supports our team, our office and our people related operations. You will be our go-to person for all employees’ professional needs, maintaining our office environment by providing excellent customer service to our visitors and employee population and supporting office services, events, regular day to day activities, finance issues and more. You will also be in charge of all welfare initiatives, both on a company-wide level and on a personal level and support HR related tasks. 


  • Incharge of all company’s day-to-day activities
  • Take care of the office atmosphere, appearance and maintenance - stock the kitchen, cleaning, etc.
  • Address employees’ queries regarding operational issues
  • Supporting the finance department with reports, invoice payments, office expenses budget etc
  • Focal point for IT support and supporting all office technical issues
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees including ordering employees supplies, setting up desks, welcome kits etc.
  • Play a key role in the planning and execution of all the company’s welfare activities 
  • Provide operational and administrative support to our US team 



  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative/operations role in a tech-oriented/fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail - never let anything fall between the cracks.
  • Results-driven, excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work - Natural producer, know how to get things done fast, whether big or small
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces
  • An all around team player - willingness to contribute in areas other than your defined job scope
  • Fluent English & Hebrew - written and verbal communication skills
  • Over-attention to details and passionate about esthetic
