This is a unique opportunity with the support of the best investors in the industry (Lightspeed, Ribbit Capital, Stripe). You'll have the responsibility and resources to take a significant part in the creation of a paradigm-changing product that can impact millions.
- Vast experience in leading client-facing teams, ideally partnerships/BD/Account Management, managing relationships with complex organizations, operations, and preferably working with a technical product.
- Proven ability of strategically building teams, processes, and playbooks from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of a B2B2B or B2B2C GTM, success, and retention strategies with an emphasis on creative solution building to drive end customer adoption
- Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our users’ businesses.
- Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals, preferably in a Sales / Success / Account Management setting.
- Ability to work with customers and PDE teams to advocate and advise on what immediate, short term, and long term product features and updates will enable transaction velocity and revenue growth.
- Ability to navigate data and consult with customers to find solutions.
- Experience working alongside a CX team on overall business execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
