Lead our Product Marketing:
- Manage and own the inbound journey and potential or existing customer goes through.
- Become an expert in Balance's sales cycle and the milestones and content required at each step.
- Own and analyze the data and insights resulting from lead and customer behavior inbound.
- Master the lead nurturing automation journey and milestones.
- Own funnel automation.
- Liaise between growth, marketing, brand, sales and product.
Who you are
- A people's person, comfortable in working and collaborating with different teams and structures.
- Internalizing and serving the needs of different departments as they need to be manifested in the funnels.
- Curios and passionate about the cross between product, marketing and sales.
You should have
- Minimum 3+ years in product marketing - preferably B2B.
- Previous experience in B2B fintech - a huge plus.
- Copywriting capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to audit design and UX in the context of funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
