What is the role:

In this role, you’ll lead our content & comms strategy, team, and operations. You’ll wear two main hats - owning our content and our PR efforts. As a seasoned writer, you will help evolve Balance’s tone of voice, and own the wordsmithing across Balance - from our site content to social posts to blog posts and e-books to emails and micro-copy. As a comms vet, you’ll work with our PR agency to ensure we are consistently top of mind for our audience.

  • Experienced writer with a passion for communicating complex concepts in simple words
  • Enjoy both rolling up your sleeves and leading a team
  • Capable of learning and adapting our content to answer the ever-changing needs of our B2B e-commerce audience
  • Not happy with “good enough”, you want to create content that stands out in an industry rife with average content.
  • Analytical and data-driven

What you also bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in content, brand, or comms roles
  • Native English speaker
  • A background as a journalist or in PR/comms is a plus.
