Growth Lead

In this role, you’ll be focused on driving real impact in demand and revenue for Balance.  Leveraging a growth methodology, you will run various paid tests and experiments that will increase demand and revenue for Balance, and scale the strategies and tactics that drive highest ROI. The role demands a strong data-driven focus and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Who you are

  • Analytical, you’re great at finding opportunities and understanding problems with data
  • Hungry to drive real impact, you’re comfortable with challenging targets that continue rising
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work necessary to be excellent
  • Empathetic and understanding, you have displayed a strong ability to work with and lead others

You should have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with paid search and/or social, some of which must be hands-on
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • LinkedIn, ABM, or event experience is a plus
