We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our great team.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the successful conversion from lead to customer, meeting the team's targets.
  • Manage the relationship with the potential customer and create a sense of partnership.
  • Project management of the Sales process internally - communicate with the diff Balance teams in order to push the sale forward.
  • Be responsible for the customer’s use of Balance’s products, in order to meet the Sales team's KR for TPV / ARR. 
  • Manage the lead pipeline through the CRM, keep track of the data and generate insights and reports.
  • Be the main point of contact for various customer-facing communications, from initial sales calls to customer success and support of existing customers. 
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth and push them through to the team. 
  • Represent the client perspective in internal workflows, and collaborate with marketing, product, and R&D teams.

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker- MUST
  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales to the US market
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Experience in managing large customer portfolios
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • BIG plus - experience selling payments
  • BIG plus - experience selling to startup/innovation teams at enterprises/CFOs
