We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our great team.
- Be responsible for the successful conversion from lead to customer, meeting the team's targets.
- Manage the relationship with the potential customer and create a sense of partnership.
- Project management of the Sales process internally - communicate with the diff Balance teams in order to push the sale forward.
- Be responsible for the customer’s use of Balance’s products, in order to meet the Sales team's KR for TPV / ARR.
- Manage the lead pipeline through the CRM, keep track of the data and generate insights and reports.
- Be the main point of contact for various customer-facing communications, from initial sales calls to customer success and support of existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth and push them through to the team.
- Represent the client perspective in internal workflows, and collaborate with marketing, product, and R&D teams.

- Native English speaker- MUST
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales to the US market
- Excellent relationship-building skills

- BIG plus - experience selling to startup/innovation teams at enterprises/CFOs
