bullet1 About Me

Martin

This photo was taken in early in 2008 at Perth Airport Dome Cafe and I have been told it is a pretty good likeness.

    So, who am I?

I was born in London and emigrated to Australia in 1982. I am a likable and cheeky guy in his mid 50's who has worked at all levels of computing up to senior management, and in a career that stretched from operating large mainframes to managing whole departments. My career working with computers started in 1968. I have worked in Europe, the USA and Australia.

I have worked for computer manufacturers, banks, government bodies and private sector companies.

I am a past member of the Australian Computer Society and was a Fellow of the Institute for Information Management. I am also a past member of the Australian Institute of Management, the British Institute of Management, the Institute of Data Processing Management (UK). (I resigned from these august bodies as my career changed to the natural healing field and these associations were no longer relevant)

Today more appropriate memberships are the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA), the Australian Kinesiologic Medicine Society (AKMS) and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

I have a Diploma in Health Sciences in Holistic Kinesiology, a Graduate Diploma in Business from Curtin University and a Certificate IV in Small Business Management. I am always doing further studies in Kinesiology, Reiki and related fields it seems! Longer term I plan to follow this with a Bachelors Degree in Complementary Medicine.

Currently I am in the process of building up my Kinesiology and Reiki practice but I intend to still consult on IT matters and fix PCs for business and home users.

I would like to publicly thank and honour my teachers
    in Kinesiology and Reiki.
